MHA Board. These are the
old MHA
By-Laws.
The MHA membership approved the new and current
MHA By-Laws
in
November, 2005.
The MHA was originally incorporated as a
not-for-profit almost 50 years ago as a Juniors only
organization. The
MHA
Articles of Incorporation were subsequently amended to
reflect a seniors organization with a Juniors auxiliary.
