Membership in the Moraga Horsemen's Association is open to any
individual or family living in or near Moraga, California, whom owns or
aspires to own a horse or is interested in equestrian activities.
Membership is by written application, a signed Release of Liability,
the payment of fees and the personal attendance at a regular MHA
meeting to present ones self.
The Membership Chair is the Vice President,
Kate Sullivan.
